GOALS OF OUR SERVICE

We aim to promote the well being of the Individual and to encourage them to do as much as possible for themselves so maintaining maximum independence and well being.

Assist our clients to retain and/or regain independence in undertaking social activities and accessing the community.

Identify and act on factors that might lead to deterioration in a client's independence and well being.
